Our service uses modern financial security standards and automatically verifies each incoming transaction according to AML requirements. Verification is performed in accordance with the service’s security policy.
If the risk level exceeds 50%, the transaction may be temporarily suspended. You can learn more about risk categories and transaction processing rules in our AML/KYC policy.
In case of transaction blocking, KYC verification is not mandatory. Funds are returned to the sender, however a network fee may be deducted.
For convenience, you can check the wallet address using AML Checker and evaluate transaction safety in advance.

In most cases, you can receive cash on the same day, but the maximum delivery time is up to 72 hours.
◼ The courier agrees on a meeting place and suggests a time, which can be clarified or changed.
◼ Delivery to your address is also possible — please check the cost and availability in the chat.
◼ We do not accept or send deposits from/to the Grinex.io, Capitalist, and Rapira platforms. If you have already made such a deposit, the transaction may be blocked indefinitely.
◼ The exchange rate for cash is determined according to the rate of the selected coin on the Bybit exchange and the invested percentage of the exchange office of 0.4% for a given city.
