How to Make an Exchange on CashRocket Online

Step 1: Choose Exchange Direction

Go to the main page of CashRocket Online. In the exchange form, select the currency you want to send (left) and the currency you want to receive (right). Click “Exchange” to continue.

Step 2: Exchange Calculation

On the calculator page, enter the exchange amount. The system will automatically calculate the final amount based on the current rate and service fee. Review the details and click “Continue”.

Step 3: Enter Your Details

Fill in the required exchange information:

your wallet address or payment details;
contact email or Telegram for communication;
optional comment if needed.

Important: transfers to third-party accounts are prohibited. Use only personal payment details. This is required by the service security policy and AML/KYC rules. After entering the data, click “Create Request”.

Step 4: Payment

After creating the request, you will see payment details and instructions. Send the exact amount within the specified time, then click “I paid” to notify the operator.

Step 5: Exchange Completion

Once the payment is confirmed by the operator, your request will be processed and the funds will be sent to the specified details. You can track the status of your exchange in real time on the request page. A notification will also be sent to your email.
