The exchange service only accepts payments from verified payment system accounts.
The operator will provide the payment details in the chat in the form of an address and description, which must be specified when making the transfer.
The details are valid for 20 minutes from the moment they are issued.
If you do not have time to make the payment within the specified period, do not send the funds — contact the support chat to receive new details.
After successful payment, you must provide the payment receipt to the operator in the chat.
◼️ Crediting rules: Payment usually takes up to 90 minutes when the operator's status is “online.”
◼ Processing method: Semi-automatic — operator involvement is required to complete the transaction (see operator status).
◼ Rate fixation: The rate is locked after the funds are credited to our payment details.
◼ Amount adjustment: The final credited amount may be adjusted based on the exchange market rate. Acceptable deviation is within 1–3 minutes of the parser update.
◼ Processing time: Payouts are usually completed within 90 minutes when the operator status is “online”.
