CashRocket has reduced payout times for fiat directions

Cash Rocket now operates under an updated payout regulation for all fiat directions. This means that clients will receive their funds faster within the service’s business hours. Previously, the execution of a request — from acceptance to the actual payout — could take up to 7 hours during business hours. The standard timeframe has now been reduced: payouts are completed within up to 3 hours. It is important to note that this refers specifically to the regulatory timeframe: we set a clear upper limit that can be used as a reference when planning an exchange. In practice, payouts may be completed faster; however, the guaranteed timeframe under the service rules is up to 3 hours during business hours. The updated regulation applies to all fiat directions of CashRocket. At the same time, the service maintains a predictable and transparent approach to request execution. We continue to aim to reduce waiting times wherever possible. At present, the overall payout regulation has become twice as short compared to the previous one, making the exchange process more comfortable for clients.
