⏱️ When will my order be processed after payment?
Processing times are determined individually and specified when the order is created.
Average timeframes:
- automatic processing — 15–30 minutes
- manual processing — 2–6 hours (during service working hours)
In some cases, processing may take up to 4 hours or longer depending on the direction or banking regulations.
🔗 How long does transaction confirmation take?
In most cases, blockchain confirmation takes from 30 minutes to a few hours.
During periods of high network congestion, confirmation may take 2 to 14 days.
⚠️ I paid but my order is marked as “Deleted”
Possible reasons:
- transaction has not yet appeared in the blockchain
- insufficient number of network confirmations
- temporary block by the payment system
Contact support and provide: Order ID and TXID (transaction hash).
💱 Why does the received amount differ?
The exchange rate is fixed at the moment funds are credited after blockchain confirmations.
Due to blockchain delays, the final amount may differ from the rate at the time of order creation.
🔍 What is TXID (transaction hash)?
A unique identifier of a blockchain transaction.
Used for:
- searching a transaction in the blockchain
- checking status
- viewing transfer details
- confirming that funds were sent
🧾 What is MEMO / TAG used for?
Some networks (XRP, XLM, EOS, BNB, etc.) use shared deposit addresses.
MEMO allows the system to identify the correct recipient and credit funds properly.

🔄 How to change payout details?
Changes are only possible after email verification linked to the order.
- send an email to support
- include the order ID
- provide new payout details

- minimum amount depends on the city
- availability must be confirmed with support
- payout is completed within up to 3 days after payment
